Dysbiosis - a disease of the XXI century?

Usually in the spring is an aggravation of chronic diseases. This is particularly the case of dysbiosis, as it is for a further decline in immunity and contributes to other troubles: hypovitaminosis, metabolic disorders (metabolic disorders), sensitization of the body, intoxication. A vicious circle in which the pathological processes in the human body are mutually stimulate each other.

Therefore, in order to earn overgrowth in late winter, you need to do prevention. In particular, if there is a predisposition to the disease or risk factor exposure.

That, however, is a bacteria overgrowth? It is a violation of relations in the microbial community - both qualitative and quantitative.

The most common bacteria overgrowth - overgrowth of the gastrointestinal tract. Less common dysbacterioses genitals, tonsils, and skin.

It has long been known that in the human body there are different micro-organisms, including bacteria. Typically, between them and the human body there exists a mobile balance. The human immune system controls the quality and quantity. Some of the "tenants" are useful to man. For example, bacteria of the gastrointestinal tract. The human body uses for its own purposes vitamins, beneficial bacteria that produce for themselves in the course of their life. Besides for the breakdown of food the human body not only uses its enzymes, but enzymes of microorganisms. The human body gets the necessary hormones and amino acids synthesized by the microflora. Also living in a man actively prevent the penetration of microorganisms harmful to the human body of pathogens, bind and neutralize toxic substances affect the amount and composition of intestinal gas.

Balance of microorganisms in the digestive tract is quite dynamic, but still among themselves and between them and the person supported by a sufficiently peaceful existence.

All micro-organisms in the intestines are divided into three groups:

1. Useful: bifidobacteria and lactobacilli.
2. Opportunistic. When healthy people behave quite peacefully, but weakened immunity can cause disease.
3. Pathogenic. The norm is their absence in the gut. Their penetration there is not only a disease of the intestine, but the whole body.

Dysbacteriosis of normal microorganisms decreased, or they disappear completely. They are replaced by immigrants disease.

The reasons that the modern man is often dysbiosis:
antibiotics,
 • hormonal disruptions,
constant stress, reduced immunity,
malnutrition,
sedentary life,
disruption of the normal functioning of the gastrointestinal tract.

One of the unpleasant symptoms of dysbiosis may be skin problems such as pimples and acne. In this case, for the effective treatment of acne to a healthy diet. Nutritionists recommend eating more fruits and vegetables containing fiber. As well as products containing zinc and vitamin B. Should also limit the use of fatty and sugary foods.
