Hypoallergenic diet with food allergies

- berries (red and black currant, cranberry, lingonberry)

The least "risky" products:

- Dairy products
 - lean meat (for the most hypoallergenic refers rabbit) and fish
 - fresh vegetables (no nitrates): cabbage, lettuce, cucumbers, turnips, squash,   zucchini, turnips and herbs: dill and parsley
- cereals: semolina, barley, rice, oatmeal,
 - butter, sunflower and olive oil
- fruits: pears, yellow cherries, gooseberries, green apples, berries
- white currants
- dried fruits: pears, apples, prunes,
- weak tea, mineral water, broth hips, compote of green apples or pears.

How to diet for allergies

Hypoallergenic diet to observe as long as prescribed by a doctor: usually adults can stick to the diet for 2-3 weeks, the children - 7-10 days. Nutrition during this period must be balanced, including vitamins, essential nutrients and minerals.
